The problem is, the moment I put in my PCI-E cards.. my onboard video becomes moot, since typically the onboard video is automatically disabled when the PCI-E cards are inserted, so im told anyways. With the new parts I have coming, my goal was to put my current gaming rig next to the TV for my fiance, and also to replace her laptop as the TV PC for the use of HDMI out for great quality online TV. Apperently, via use of Hybrid Power and the Hybrid SLI my motherboard supports, I can have the video cards installed and running in SLI, and my monitor + TV hooked into the motherboard. For high end gaming, I can select performance from windows and make use of the video cards in SLI, and for lower end stuff, like watching TV on the HDMI, I can switch to the power save mode and disable the video cards in lieu of the onboard to conserve power and reduce noise level.
